Yeah, so right now, if you're getting on your YouTube feed, you're probably seeing a lot of different conspiracies being thrown at you.

And that can be a really scary thing when you're raising kids in this culture.

And regardless of whether you're giving thoughts to the conspiracies or not, then there is this element of how involved should I be?

How should I engage with these?

And there's a lot of heightened emotions around sides right now on people shouldn't be bringing

these, you know, questions to light.

It's making everything fall apart.

Even like the Republican Party is falling apart.

We're all at each other's throats or the conservative party, whatever they are.

Yeah, why'd you say we in regards to the Republican parties? How we identify? Exactly. Apparently not anymore. I'm joking. I'm joking. Who knows? Right. Everybody's at each other's throats. And I guess there are a couple things that Elish and I have taken a lot of comfort in. As we see, it kind of looks like the world is falling apart. It looks like America's falling apart.

There's all these wars going on.

It looks like a new war could happen any day.

And it's kind of, it can be a really scary or uncertain time.

But there's a couple things that we've just, yeah, found a lot of comfort in.

One is like Elisha said, that whole concept of there's nothing new under the sun.

We see that in, is it Ecclesiastes?

Yeah.

And it's really comforting that this is not the first time that conspiracies have been brought to the table.

In fact, they've never not been brought to the table.

I mean, if you like conspiracy theories, then you've looked into 9-11 and the moon landing

and the Earth's shape and the Titanic really being, what, the Olympic or something.

And, you know, like there's just, you can go down the rabbit hole forever if you want to. Yeah, it sounds like you're scoffing

...
