I always have a very different time interviewing everyone and there's a lot of variety of careers.

So this week I'm interviewing Lucy Sheridan and Joe Westwood.

Lucy Sheridan is the world's first and only comparison coach. She focuses on helping

millennials go comparison free. She's

appeared on Oprah's life class with Oprah herself

and her work has been featured in Grazia, the Daily Mail,

Stella magazine, the Evening Standard, and loads more.

Joe Westwood goes by the name of the Spirit DJ online.

She coaches a lot of successful women around how to invest in financial, energetic and emotional

happiness.

Her work has been featured in Psychology's magazine,

Look, E.S. magazine, and Women's Health.

Together, they founded a movement called Higher Selfy,

which aims to bring spirituality to the digital age.

Their book, also called Higher Selfy,

came out earlier this year

and is a modern guide to healing and connection

for the Gen Y spiritual seekers who are out there

and want to create a life that they love and unsure how to go about doing so.
