Hi everyone and welcome to a squiggly careers podcast. I'm Sarah, one of the founders of

0:09.3

Amazing If and I'm here with Helen, my co-founder. Hello everyone. And this podcast is designed to help

0:15.0

you develop the skills that you need to be successful in a squiggly career. I think sometimes we

0:19.4

assume everyone knows what we mean when we say

0:21.2

squiggly career. You know, that squiggly career thing that we're all just having all the time.

0:24.3

Which I think people do intuitively when you say squiggly, people kind of get that that means that

0:28.7

careers are becoming, I guess, ever they're changing more frequently. We're all changing

0:33.9

roles more frequently. There is just so much change, I think, happening for us and to us,

And what we really want to help people do is really think about your career,

0:50.6

how you're spending your time in your career, what are the things you want to do

0:53.8

and how you can get there and make it as practical and action focused as possible so that

0:59.5

you hopefully listen to these podcasts and can go away and do things, do more of things,

1:04.0

do things differently tomorrow, next week, next month. So that's what we really hope we're

1:08.8

1:15.4

please do let us know what you think of the podcast, what you're finding most useful, what you'd

1:19.4

love us to improve. There's actually a really good way of doing feedback on things, which I'm not

1:23.7

sure we've talked about before on the podcast. And this is just a really extra kind of

1:27.5

helpful hint and tip for today. If you are doing feedback on things, it's really good to use something

1:31.7

called WWW EBI, which is what went well, even better if. So we would love to know for our podcast.

1:39.6

Coaching people how to give us feedback. Yeah. Yeah. In the in the format we've just given you,
