And that was a Nike ad that was put out a few years ago.

I think you'll remember it when you start to listen and I'm playing this

one now because we're in the middle of our discussion of the Berkshire meeting which is so long-term

focused and I think the yin and the yang is super important when it comes to staying

interested in investing and often these little events, these little blips get us excited,

get other people excited and interested and those two the thing

happening right now and the long-term perspective is key to investing practice.
