Sometimes you get me solo, sometimes you get a guest.

I spent a whole year video podcasting twice a week.

This year we have backed that thing up, So I'm on once a week so sometimes

some weeks you'll get me sometimes you'll get a guess we're just going to go in and

out as the Lord leads. Somebody say as the Lord leads. I'm bringing my most

churchy self here on today. You are getting this podcast because I first

recorded it with the Inner Circle. Some of those girls are clubs, some of those girls are communities,

some of them are connected, and some of them are at the coffee level but we are here

having fun and foolery and then I button it up straighten up and fly right so that I

actually have something to share with you, with them first and then with you.

And today we're talking about what it looks like to be stressed and overwhelmed

and what you can do about it.

And so my desire is to be super practical, super tactical,

so that when we're done, you know where you are

and you know what to do about it.
