Summary

When you know your core values, you can make decisions with ease, peace, clarity, and power. This is so freeing if you’re someone who has long struggled with analysis paralysis or decision fatigue. How would it feel if you had a ton of clarity around what you want to say YES to and what you want to say NO to? How would it feel if you could confidently express yourself without worrying about what others might think? How would it feel to clearly understand and own who you are becoming as a woman, leader, mom, partner? This would all feel so freeing and liberating right? The key to creating and defining your core values is in asking yourself 3 simple questions. If you can think through these 3 questions, all the sudden so many answers will become clear, if not obvious for you. I have been working on these 3 questions for about 5 years now and I have way less analysis paralysis when I’m making decisions. I worry so much less about other peoples’ opinions. And I can truly see exactly how I show up as a leader in all the different roles in my life. THIS IS POWER. 0:52.3	Hello, Shameless moms. Happy Monday. Hope you're doing well. I am here with a tiny little puppy on my lap.
0:59.8	So Piper Dean joined the family and I'm obsessed. I mean, I don't want to be annoyingly obsessed with a puppy,
1:07.7	but I am. It's maybe an unhealthy obsession. Someone told me that's not possible to have an
1:13.2	unhealthy obsession with a puppy. So I don't know, maybe I'm doing okay, but oh my gosh, she's the
1:16.8	cutest thing in the world. If you follow me on social media, you've been seeing lots of Piper.
1:22.8	We are having a ton of fun with her. She also, like, wants to be wherever I am, which I generally love,
1:30.1	but like right now while I'm trying to record, she wants to be in my office. Danny wants to be in my
1:34.7	office. It's just a lot. And so she's currently on my lap, but she's staring at Danny and I can tell
1:42.3	she wants to jump on Danny. I can also tell
1:44.1	that Danny does not want to be jumped on right now. So if you hear me like shuffling and doing weird
1:50.0	things or I'm randomly like not close enough to my microphone, every five words, it's just because
1:55.0	I'm wrangling this puppy who is clawing her way down my legs or trying to with her razor sharp little puppy claws.
2:03.3	So, but we are having a lot of fun.
2:04.8	We had much, much debate in our family about the naming of this puppy.
