And real estate investing this week, if there's one thing that I could get done that would move me forward towards my goal this year, what would that one thing be? So that when you get frantic, because all of us get frantic in the middle of the week and you're doing this and your kids screaming and you're going between practices and your life feels like it's on fire, you can go back and look at your planner or your digital organizer and say, all right, that's what I told myself was the most important thing. When I get 20 minutes, I'm working on that thing right there.

habits, small and mighty systems you can do with just a little bit of time, and the mindset shifts to help you stay on track, even when life feels like it's on fire. Let's jump in. So Aaron, we're recording this towards the end of the year, you know, right around, it's for a holiday time. And I don't know about you, but like this is the time of year. I start thinking about goal setting and how can I achieve some big, huge, audacious goals in 2006. That's on my mind. And yet, I think a lot of people maybe relate this when they're listening to this. They have these big goals and they remember the goals they set last year. But there's this reality of when you get into the year, you don't really have that much time. There's a lot of time constraints. There's a lot of, you know, things kind of fall off the wagon in terms of energy and just always, they never seem to materialize exactly like you set the goals in December. So I'd love to hear you let people know a little bit about your story because you're a fellow real estate investor with me. We're in rental property mastery together. You're one of the coaches in our community. And you also have a lot of other roles. So tell people about kind of

how you, the kinds of things you're juggling in your life. Yeah, absolutely. Well, thanks again

seven years. And we did that while we also had three kids during that time. So we have a four-year-old

2:29.4

and then two-year-old twins. And I've been working full-time throughout that as well. So as Chad kind of alluded to,

2:36.5

definitely been managing a few different things at the same time all while building that portfolio

2:40.7

and trying to do it in a sustainable way where I can still spend as much time with my family as

2:45.5

possible and still grow in my career. So as with anything, multitasking and, you know, it's thought of in
