Summary

In the aftermath of the 2025 NFL Draft, we're getting into the excitement surrounding the Seattle Seahawks rookie minicamp and some of the latest comments from our new players. We dial in on the implications and critiques of the 2025 draft class, highlighting standout picks like Jalen Milroe and Gray Zabel, while also managing expectations. Why did the Seahawks go away from the defense or focus on more depth along the offensive line earlier in the draft? What went into the selection of a fullback in round 5?

Each of the players had a chance to take questions from reporters on the podium at minicamp. We feature some of the top quotes from their interviews. Mike Macdonald talked about the energy that Milroe brought to the field. Nick Emmanwori sounds like he's going to fit right in with the veteran defensive backs. Finally, is a battle between the Midwest and the South part of the plan?

In the second half of the show, we discuss draft grades and some of the concerns and criticisms about the class. In Do Better we talk about the concept of a 'National Park City' and the importance of the correct use of a subheading. Better at life nominees go to a company that went beyond something we thought we'd have from Back to the Future by now. We close by thanking a long-time listener and friend of the show.
