I mean like I said I kind of almost feel like this could be like a TikTok video like we can make this short but I'm always surprised with what we're able to talk about. along that. No, no, we're going to talk about like, hey, what do you do when you have an angry eBay customer, right? What do you do when somebody's like, I can't believe this. Somebody's like, this is trash. Somebody gives you negative feedback.

So we got like, this is trash. Somebody gives

you negative feedback. So we got like these top 10 phrases, right? And we're going to develop

these because it's not just, it's not just a formula. Like, hey, just use these. But I do encourage

people like to use templates. I know eBay in our last episode, we talked about how they're

using AI to create like

AI responses to individuals. But for now, I want to make sure that we bring them the human element

because I do think the human element is able to fix some problems. Right. So the very first one I

want to talk about is the idea that sometimes people just want to be heard, right? You can get like this message from

somebody like, I can't believe like the shipping took so long or I can't believe like this

was the packaged well or I can't believe that this item is the way it is. Right away our instincts

want to be defensive. Like we want to say, what do you mean? I shipped out at this time. What do you

mean I packed it well? What do you mean like I took out at this time. What do you mean? I packed it well.

What do you mean?

Like, I took great pictures.
