And I have three spooky stories for you today.

I would like to start with a trigger warning for a mention of suicide.

I found your podcast last year via the Dark Paranormal.

I've considered writing into both podcasts several times, but have not.

Due simply to the fact that I have had more experiences than I can count,

let alone put down in writing.

Like you, I'm an ex-cradle Catholic turned spooky girl,

specifically one who now practices Italian folk magic by ancestry.

I've wanted to write in about so many experiences, but this is about a

particular experience that I had around 2011 and 2012 when I was approximately 11 or 12 years old.

I grew up in rural, western North Carolina, in the Appalachian Mountains, in a house built by my parents

after they moved from New York in the early 1990s. I regularly experience night terrors in the house,

many of which were so severe that they have stuck with me to this day. I remember waking up

from nightmares involving little girl spirits in the house, my family being

killed in front of me, being chased by ravenous wolves, and quite literally some of the most

terrifying scenes I can imagine, even now as an adult horror movie and horror story enthusiast.

I genuinely do not know how my young mind could have come up with these nightmares.

They truly felt like they did not originate from my mind. In one particular dream, I experienced
