Summary

Robin Mize, Sarah’s long time Mindful Eating and Couples Therapist talks about food, drinking, and living with your spouse 24/7 during Covid19 pandemic. Robin says everyone needs to slow down and recognize their patterns during the pandemic, and if you feel like you need a cookie or a box of cookies today than do it. Robin also suggests using the ‘SOBER’ acronym, and a ‘Food Mood Journal’ to track your stress during this time. Make an appointment with Robin at: robinmize.com Learn more about your ad choices.
