The Hello and welcome to me in the episode number 463 of real life ghost stories.

And I have two spooky stories for you today and the last story comes from the 20th of April 2025.

And just to say, I am aware that a Wednesday's episode for some bizarre reason, I skipped forward in time. I don't know how I did that and didn't notice, but anyway, we're back to our April stories. So if you send a story in like April, May and June and you're like, hang on a second, where is my story? It's still coming, don't worry. And story number one today comes from Melissa.

As a young adult, I worked in a horse riding school in Scotland called Great Pastures.

Great Pastures had been literally built from nothing when a husband and wife, Mr and Mrs. B,

2:02.2

who have known each other the majority of their lives. It felt like family. The business, also

2:08.4

being family run, was close-knit and there was just always something special about Great Pastures.

2:14.9

Something, to this day, almost 15 years after its closure, me and my friends still talk about.

2:20.4

We can't put our finger on what it was, but there was just something.

2:25.9

Now there's the backstory. Let's get to some ghosty bits.

2:31.4

My first ever assumption that Great Pastures was special and that there were supernatural happenings

2:38.1

was when Mr. B sadly died on the property. He was old, ill and died at home as he wished. I was just a

2:46.7

teenager at the time and the news was incredibly sad. Like I said, him and Mrs. B had created the
