I'm in my same spot, but I'm actually recording with my phone today.

I have a light and I have a camera and I have a fancy computer, but the power keeps going out.

I'm not even using my mic today, but I'm still

here turning out the content because I really believe that if I can be helpful to you, then

that is worth the effort of turning on the phone and filming with the phone if that's what I have to do.

So here's what I want you to know.

I recently went to the doctor because I tried to go to the doctor once a year.

I try to see my

OBIN once a year so that way if there's something that they need to notice they

can tell me and what I have noticed is that every year there's something they want me to know.

There's something in my blood work.

Even if it's good, they want me to know what my blood pressure is.

They want me to know what my hemoglobin is.
