Because let's face it, isn't that life like all the time? I know for me it is. I know that my family has been in a season of unknown, and waiting, and just turmoil, and gosh, it's tough.

1:12.0

It's so interesting because sometimes we are so committed to being positive that we don't want to acknowledge that there are things that are tough, but the reality is that the human experience is going to have ups, and it is also going to have downs.

1:28.0

And when you push back the acknowledgement that things are hard, you are not allowing yourself to growth rate, you're sort of sweeping it under the rug.

1:38.0

I'm arguing, if I said another way, arguing with the suck, it just creates more suck. It's okay to acknowledge the experience because it actively acknowledging the experience of struggle or uncertainty is an expression of compassion to your soul.

3:21.0

Where God showed up and all, where in the uncertainty and when it's sometimes when it's uncertainty and in a capacity of happiness, but then also in struggle or medical fears and death's door and assault and and and and and just pain, but how whatever it is, there was good because when you start looking at the unpredictable and the unknown and realizing that our human brains don't get to know everything.

3:49.0

Some of the overthinking that we try to engage in some of the the trying to solve problems, the worry, it just dissipates because you're able to let go of it because you know it's wasted emotional and mental energy.
