Today's something a little different. We are going to dive into the nature of

athleticism. What is athleticism? How philosophical can we get? No, we we're gonna get actually very technical and scientific

uh... really unpack this idea of adleticism

being more than just a

monolithic kind of fuzzy topic that simply refers to someone's

vertical leap or how explosive they are running in a straight line or something like that.

The big muscle sort of concept of

athleticism. And to do that, I can think of no one better. Straight down into the

It's a pleasure to be here.

The idea here for me, and I've been thinking about this for a long time,

in my sort of old world and my background, we talk a lot about intelligence and

intelligence is this very multifaceted complex term that gets thrown around

like oh this person has intelligence and this person doesn't but it

turns out that there's way more going on there there are a lot of sub-components of

intelligence that kind of fit into that larger term and I think

athleticism as we've discussed a little off-air
