Welcome to Soul and Witt. I'm Courtney. And I'm Bailey. We are the mother-daughter duo here to make you laugh, grow, and feel more connected to your favorite things.

0:28.5

Hi, Mom. Hi, Bailey. How's it going? It's going good. I'm so excited about our topic today.

0:35.4

Me, two. One, because we get to start talking about my favorite season, the holiday season.

0:39.2

It's time, and it's nice just as we're shifting seasons in terms of weather to start thinking about the holidays. And I also like that we're talking

0:44.6

about it a little early so that people can have a chance to consider how they want the 2020

0:53.2

holiday season to be, whatever is within their control, of course.

0:57.0

In fact, I would say probably less than five. But the one that I cook from the most is the vegan instant pot cookbook by Nisha Vora. It's so good. It's so good. I've had you over for

1:49.3

lentil soup that I made from this book. And there are a few other recipes that I really love.

1:55.8

So if you have an instant pot and you're interested in vegan food, you'll really like this cookbook.

2:03.6

And my second favorite thing is seeing Wilbur and Stanley together, our cat and your dog.

2:11.1

Yes.

2:12.0

They were over, well, Wilbur's always here, of course, but Stanley came over today.

2:17.3

And they're just so funny because they're about the same size weight-wise.

2:22.0

I mean, Wilbur might outweigh Stanley.

2:24.1

Yeah.

2:25.0

And Wilbur's older, much older than Stanley, so he's not as patient.

2:30.3

And Stanley's really excited to see him and wants to play and gets really jealous if anybody

2:37.5

pets the cat.
