um you know being a, being in a dog

fight and never quitting, right?

And so I think one of the things that I deal with a lot in coaching black football

or mentoring and coaching entrepreneurs or coaching CEOs or ex-athletes

trying to open a business or friends, family, anybody that I can add value to is I hear a lot

of fucking people want to quit. People just, the grind is too hard. It's easier to be a sheep and hide, not be noticed. It's easier to take the path of least resistance. It's easier to do this. And I, I just, I get frustrated because I feel like life is a dog fight, right? You should never quit. You should, whatever it's thrown at, you got to hit it back. You got to punch it right back in the face. You know, if it throws you lemons, you slice that shit up, make fucking lemonade. If it throws you fucking grapes, you smash the fuck out of it and you make wine. Like, you have to take whatever it gives you and you have to fight back and not quit and fight like you don't have tomorrow, tomorrow's not promised to get through any of those things that you can to be better because i feel like

like I'll get on their ass and they'll get out there and they'll make an effort for one or two

plays and then they have fuck it like they just I'm lazy I'm going to half ass at the rest of the

time and I'm like what are you doing?

And then if they make a mistake, they just get discouraged and their shoulders go down and they're checked out. And here I am trying to uplift them. And I'm like, look, if you don't believe in yourself, I don't get fuck for you, 12, 20, 30, 50, you can't believe in yourself. How the fuck am I going to believe in you. So a practice, I can try to elevate and inspire them and coach them to believe
