Summary

#046 Puglia - food adventures and the travel tips with Paola Bacchia

On the heel of Italy's boot, the southern region of Puglia is enjoying a moment in the sun. Increasingly popular with international visitors, it's a place where the simple things in life are valued above all else.

In this episode, we are joined by Paola Bacchia, cookbook author and photographer, who spent weeks exploring Puglia in search of its iconic dishes. She now takes group tours there and shares with us her favorite places to visit, where to stay and of course, what to eat!
