Adam recently became the first person to officially squat 500 pounds and run a sub 5-minute mile in the same day. Klink was a D1 soccer player at Rutger's University during his college days, but found the sport of Crossfit® soon after his soccer days ended due to numerous concussions. He has been to the Crossfit® regionals 6 times and is the head coach at Crossfit® Krypton.
