You know, one of my favorite skin care ingredients

0:23.5

is retinae, retinol, retinoldehyde, all the forms of retinol. It is one of the most amazing things

0:31.1

you can do for your skin and I'm going to talk to you all about retinae as well as alternatives to it.

0:43.3

Sometimes you can use a layer of moisturizer first and then apply your retinae products.

1:45.6

I recommend just a pea size, and that means not a pea in each quadrant of your face. It means take a pee, put it on your

1:51.3

finger, a pea-sized amount of retinae and then use a little quarter pea in each quadrant of the

1:57.4

face. It's one of the best ingredients you can use in your skincare routine to

minimize signs of aging, fine lines, wrinkles, it improves cell turnover. And it is probably the one
