Summary

What do you want to create this year? How will you make 2024 the best year yet? What steps can you take today that will lead to a better tomorrow? Asking myself these very questions inspired me to go back and listen to some of our favorite stories from Food Heals.

I put together a collection of incredible stories to inspire you to create the life you want and reach your goals in 2024. This is Part 2 of our New Year Series where we are chatting about how to reach your goals with grace and ease in 2024 and beyond.

My personal formula for this is Appreciate, Believe, Take Action, Receive.

Appreciate:

First, we have to get into the appreciation of what we do have. Appreciating the abundance around us sets the foundation for welcoming more things into our lives to appreciate.

Believe:

Belief is the building block of creating the life we crave. We have to believe that we can have more, that we can have what it is we desire, that we deserve what it is we desire, and we have to dissolve the blocks that hold us back from believing.

Take Action:

Then, we have to take action steps towards our goals. Dreams thrive on action. Taking tangible steps toward our goals is vital—it's the bridge that connects our dreams to reality.

Receive:

Finally, we can relax with an inner knowing that we will now receive. We can be open and willing to receive without attachment to the outcome and with the thought of, "This or something better for the highest good of all concerned." This paves the way for unexpected blessings and blocks anything that's not meant for us from coming in.
