Hello, friends, and welcome back to the show.

Today, I thought I would give a little update on what's been going on in my world.

I want to give you an update on book writing,

which is kind of the main thing, some other things coming out. I have some questions that people

sent in on Instagram around what's going on with my book. And I just thought I would give a little chill laid back update.

So that's going to be what we discussed today. I have a lot of really exciting things happening.

I feel just so excited. And it feels really good to feel as excited because I'm not going to lie.

The energy has been

pretty intense and September itself has a very interesting energy.

You know, there's a lot of the feeling of preparation for sure.

With all of that in just feeling the collective energy and everything

going on, you know, letting myself go through my emotional waves. I definitely went through

some time of feeling pretty low and letting myself, you know, move through that. And I feel like

kind of came out of that maybe a week a half ago. And from that, just

entered this extreme state of excitement about where things are going in my life and really just

holding, like truly holding the highest timeline for, you know where I'm headed what I want to

do and for the planet and energizing that while also letting myself feel my feels uh you know

not everything is sunshine and rainbows and all of the emotions are are there to serve us. So I kind of went

through, I don't know, you know, I think everybody's feeling going through so much, like feeling all

of these emotions and noticing things pop up in your life that are making you face your fears

and bringing up old energies that are ready
