and I'm here with you guys. I'm Justin and Sean Croxton.com. It's Monday. So you know what time it is. It's time for some of that Monday motivation. And we've got TD Jakes on the show. And this clip is going to fire you up because it fires me up every single time. I first discovered this clip.

So, and I was in my living room and I ride my spin bike. And this is giving some context when I was in Maui last month. I just read so much about Wayne dire and I learned that Dr. dire ran a minimum of eight miles a day.

Every day without missing a day for a couple of decades, even in his older years. And I was like if Wayne dire can run eight miles a day, I can ride my spin bike for 20 miles a day. So that's a challenge I gave to myself. And so I'm spinning one day. And while while I spend I watch motivational like montages.

So YouTube has a ton of motivational like videos with really good clips put the music and don't really fire you up. So I watch those and I'm riding my bike. And this clip comes on. And he's like you got to run to your destiny. And I tell you my RPMs went from like 90 to 110.

This clip will set you on fire. Believe me. And if you can find it on YouTube with some music to it, whoo, it takes it to a whole other level. So the quote of the day is this run after your destiny. Here's TD.

Life demands that you pick up the pace. Life demands that you pick up the pace. If you don't pick up the pace, you're going to be left behind. I'm amazed at the people that like the flexibility to pick up the pace.

They just get in a red. I scroll down here and I'm going to scroll back. I'm going to scroll over here. I'm going to scroll over there. One of the most amazing thing about the disaster at Malaysia is that when it happened, everybody had to pick up the pace.

All the news media had to pick up the pace. They were booking night flights and flying over here and flying over there. Somebody had to work overtime. Won't be home for three days, typing in the middle of the night. Research going on because when something happens, everybody got to pick up the pace.

That's why I can't deal with people who cannot pick up the pace. Don't be scrolling when I got a 911 on you. I need people who can pick up the pace.

What is your name? Get up the pace! Something is about to happen. Pick up the pace. I came to tell the young people. Pick up the pace! Pick up the pace. Something is about to happen!

My son told me, my son and I were doing a little cook out. A little quality time together. He said to me, he said,

I'm going to get out of college and I'm going to do this right here. I plan to live over here, I'm going to do this.

I plan to do that. I plan to get through Donis and I'm going to do that and do that.

I plan to get through this together. What do you think about that?

And I thought to myself, my God, I'm so excited and I'm so proud. Because he told me, he said, Daddy, he said, I can't talk to all of my friends about it because he said, most of my friends don't want nothing.
