You know, this world of real estate, there's some scammers in it.

And you know, that's why we called our network real well.

I need to be investing in a rental property every year.

I could do it in my IRA.

I could do it all of myself.

I was diagnosed with melanoma, skin cancer.

The doctors thought it had spread to my liver

after a couple CT scans and ultrasounds. And oncologist told me I might have six months to live.

So it was my wife Kathy, who you know, and she was a stay-at-home mom at the time. We had two

young daughters. And she's like, what am I going to do if Rich passes away?
