I am so excited about this one. I have loved the dog whisperer for many years.

Cesar Malan is a hero to me for all that he's doing, for not only pets but also parents of pets.

And for those that don't know who Cesar Malan is, he is the number one New York Times best-selling author,

public speaker, and the internationally acclaimed star of Cesar 911 as well as the original.

Emmy-nottimated host of the dog whisperer. He brings more than 25 years of dog experience

and his status as the most recognized and sought after authority in the field of dog care and rehabilitation

directly to communities terrorized by unruly hounds. His newest show is called Cesar Malan's Dog Nation

and it's on Nat Geo Wild. He's also got a new book out called Lessons from the Pack Stories of the Dogs

Who Changed My Life. Now why do I get excited about Cesar Malan? Why am I so pumped for this?

And why I've been trying to get Cesar on for the last couple of years actually?

For one, I believe leadership is everything and leadership within ourselves is the most important thing.

And if we cannot lead our personal lives, how are we going to be able to lead our partners, our family, our friends, and our pets, our dogs?

And how many of us have dogs that seem to chew on everything, seem to go to the bathroom everywhere, never are obedient,

are always kind of crazy all over the place, barking all the time and doing things that we don't want them to do.

How many pet owners are there out there that has that challenge? I love watching Cesar because it's more about the way of being.

It's the energy, it's how you show up. It's not necessarily the things you say or certain actions that you take, it's how you're being.

It's who you're being in all areas of your life that determine whether something is going to have a great result or an average or poor result.
