0:06.0	Yeah, I'm thinking about the thing that has been coming up for me most, or like resonant, is the sense that sometimes we can be, feel really frustrated with the way that life is working.

0:39.5	And this renovation has been ongoing for a long time. And on Monday, no, Tuesday, the plumbing
0:48.3	backed up in the basement. And I was lucky because I was shoping it and I didn't have to shop back
0:54.8	anyone's logs thank God but you know TMI there but hey no one wants to be down in
1:00.2	there shop back in someone's tubular experience so it was probably pee and water
1:07.9	and sink water and stuff let's just go with that so I feel better about...
1:13.4	I used the bathroom far before the clog, so thank God. But I had this moment of just complete
1:21.5	overwhelm of like, this renovation has taken way longer than I want. My furnace doesn't work yet because the renovation
1:30.0	parts that have a lot of dust are not complete. Everything is just like moving at a glacial pace.
1:38.0	And when the sewer backed up, I had this recognition of like, have you guys ever read the book, The Surrender
1:45.3	Experiment by Michael Singer? So that book is very much about how life kept delivering him hits.
1:52.9	Lawsuit, I mean, lots of stuff. And when he finally surrendered, life really started to flow.
1:59.9	And there's a few things that have come forward for me in this
2:03.9	lesson. And the first one is that I recognize that so much of my suffering has been created
2:10.5	from the belief that it should be different than it is, that the renovation should be done,
