0:37.5	of all the things that we teach. It's one of the things that impacts people the most. And it's this
0:43.5	concept that we call a red light story. And so a red light story, for those of you that may be a new
0:50.0	podcast listener, and you've never even heard me say this, it's a term that's very familiar
0:54.7	inside of our programs and our community. A red light story is essentially, is it's a story you tell
1:00.5	yourself that keeps you from taking some sort of an action that could help you in your business.
1:10.3	And so it's a bunch of negative thoughts. It's like
1:13.3	it's us focusing on something negative, causing us to usually feel fear, which most of the time
1:22.8	prohibits us from doing something that could actually help us in our business. And it's interesting because
1:28.8	that's really all fear is, if you think about it. Fear is you making up a story about something
1:35.9	that you want to do and imagining it's not going to go the way you want and then not doing
1:41.4	that thing because of that story. So that's a red light story. And if you can imagine the analogy of a traffic light, the red light, it stops you.
1:48.1	And here's what's interesting is every single one of you have, you have so many of your own
1:54.5	red light stories right now that you tell yourself about your business and your company
1:59.2	and your products and this industry.
