Hello, shameless moms. Happy Monday. Happy July. Oh my gosh. How are we even here?

It's crazy to me how quickly the month of June went, even though it was a really hard and heavy and traumatic month. And it's July and like the heart of summer. And I know it doesn't

feel like the heart of summer in so many ways. But here we are. We're just after a holiday weekend.

So I hope you got it safe and happy Fourth of July weekend. Got to spend some quality time with the

fam, you know, in addition to the months of quality time you've been having this year,

I mean, who doesn't need more quality time with their family right now? So we were fortunate enough

to get away to a little Airbnb for the weekend. I'm recording this before we go, but I mean,

let me just predict that we're going to have a great time. We're going to a place that's

predictably sunier than Seattle. So we're just hoping for sun.

If we find sun, we're good because I'm recording this on Tuesday in the rain.

So, I mean, I'll take anything that's like a little bit better than that.

So I'm really excited to talk about our content today because this is something I talk about

so much, but I've never really given you a how to guide.
