1:17.6	Maybe you've blown this wide open and that is why they do it.
1:21.6	So charlitas it used to be a pejorative term I think and it was it comes from the Spanish
1:26.4	cholo for mixed race but it's like very much reclaimed by them now and if you look at
1:32.2	them up they always wear these stunning kind of white like silky waist coats with a brooch
1:37.3	and these huge dresses with that petticoats underneath.
