| 0:10.0 | start your day whenever you start it by getting your mind aligned with the truth of God. |

| 0:18.0 | It's to help us live today as we should in its entirety. |

| 1:16.5 | Lord is taking delight in who he is. Delighting in things like his majesty, his holiness, his righteousness, his graciousness, his faithfulness, and all those things that God is, we actually learn to delight in those things. |

| 1:36.8 | Delight yourself in the Lord. |
| 1:39.0 | So we are to guide our own hearts into this kind of delight about the Lord himself. |
| 1:48.1 | And as a result something that comes from that is that he will give us the desires of our hearts and that does not mean he |
| 1:56.2 | will give us whatever our heart desires but rather he will give us the actual |
| 2:01.4 | desires that flow out of our hearts. |
