0:45.4	Just rather the very north end of Scottsdale, 40 minutes from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.

0:54.6	It's in what we call the desert foothills, 23 feet elevation, breeze blowing through, always sunshine.

1:04.3	Scottsdale is golf mecca.
1:06.8	Yeah, it is.
1:07.7	Boy, we've got so many golf courses at one time.
1:10.0	I think the last count is 188 golf courses in this, what we're calling our county in a very, very small area. So there's lots of golf to be had.
1:19.6	There's a lot of golf to be had. And I have played at a number of the courses, not all of them, down in the Scottsdale area, and was down in the
1:27.7	boulders or in the spring this year, and just loved playing there.
