0:05.5	my journey of doing an internal family systems parts work, MDMA, and psilocybin assisted
0:12.9	session. It was profound. I did it with Mike Zeller. It was one of the most profound
0:18.6	experiences I've ever had in my life, and I've had a lot of profound experiences.
0:22.7	So I don't say it lightly.
0:24.2	And I recorded this episode the day after I did the session.
0:29.1	So I never thought I'd be doing an MDMA psilocybin assisted session, but I've been curious about the power of psilocybin in terms of therapy and in terms
0:39.8	of healing. And I know it's profound in that sense. There's great research on it, what it does for the
0:44.3	brain. And of course, there's research on microdosing, et cetera. I never thought about the MDMA
0:49.0	combination, but then I had a friend who worked with Mike Seller and shared, they had a profound
