One of the questions that I got this morning was how do I manage innovation and you know what I have a lot to say about that and so I thought this is a little bit of an extemporaneous talk because I did not plan on this this morning. I thought I would share what has actually become my process for developing and

around with a Molkin notebook for years. In this Molkin notebook I write down all the things. I try to write everything down. I do use apple notes as well.

I try to capture the things that appear in my head. I have aqua notes in the shower.

It's waterproof paper with a waterproof pencil because my best ideas come to me in the shower.

I am always thinking of things to create,

things to do, things to do, things to build, things to share, it just comes to me.

But it is a problem if every single idea that comes to me or every single new thing I want to try starts in motion the day that I receive the idea.

Why? Because then I would always be starting and never finishing. I would always be learning and never actually teaching.

I would always be trying and never actually creating a process that's successful that I can share with other people.

I would always be starting over because innovation requires that.

Starting from the beginning, it's called a beginner's mindset that you come to something new with the willingness
