Thank you so much for joining me this week. Listen,

there's a kind of betrayal that comes with silence, suffocation masked as safety, and a performance

of vulnerability no one asked for. My friend Tony Collier learned it through emotional and physical

infidelity that resulted in a rather

public divorce, broken trust, and unspoken grief.

And if I'm honest, she's not the only one because just this past week, someone else in

my life shared the news of the discovery of secrets and pathological lies, all wrapped tightly

in a bow of, you guessed it, emotional

infidelity.

I'm sick of it, you guys.

I'm perplexed by it.

I'm disturbed by it.
