Summary

The Seahawks jumped back up to the top of the NFC West this past Sunday with a 16-6 win over the Arizona Cardinals. We dive into the game and talk about the defense's outstanding performance that held James Conner to under 10 rushing yards and contained Kyler Murray. Leonard Williams made a significant impact, and the pass rush as a whole is pressuring at a rate that is difficult to believe. It wasn't the prettiest win though. With only 10 offensive points, we examines the Seahawks offensive struggles and we get into some of the theories around why it may take some time for it to pull together by the end of the season.

One coach that won't ever get another NFL job lands in the Do Better segment this week. We also take aim at the NFL, because they're fining players for things that it is also promoting. Better at life goes out to Jameis Winston for his cadence at the line of scrimmage and to our head coach Mike Macdonald as the Seahawks Salute to Service nominee for the NFL.

0:25.1	It was awesome beating the Redbirds in, you know, we had a surprising win, I think, against the
0:30.3	49ers for a lot of us fans. I mean, there's people who predict a victory, right? Like quite a few
0:36.4	of the little flockers did.
0:39.2	But I think we're all a little surprised.
0:44.1	This game wasn't one of those where I was like, oh, this is the for sure win. Like they'd have to really crap the bed.
0:46.5	It's more just kind of like a pleasant, hey, here's two, two games in a row against division opponents and gets you to first place in the NFC West.
0:56.9	And that's tough to beat, man.
0:58.6	It's hard to not be excited even considering the roller coaster of a season it's been in not necessarily having a ton of faith that this is going to be a big season in terms of record results
1:12.3	and playoff wins and all that. But a really good, I think, foundational game for Mike,

1:23.9	performance of the year. And I guess the surprising thing for me in this game was the way they won.
