Now real quick, before we get into this, I just want to say I'm a little slow today.

I'm a little, little hazy in the head, so if you hear me messing up a little bit, that's

why. I was sick yesterday.

I, some reason yesterday something just hit me like a ton of bricks and I got sick.

And I, I was flue is in my head, a little bit of my throat wasn't really that congested.

But I felt like, like actual death. I drank literally probably six, six bottles of

gatorade, took multi vitamins, day quill, night quill. I ate a lot of healthy foods, I guess.

And then I woke up literally feeling 90%. Now I feel a little hazy still. So if you're

anyone experienced, so similar symptoms, this, this flu season, let me know. I'm curious

because it was very strange. But let's get right into this.
