and in all areas of your life, because there's no reason to see stuck in the avoidance

of our minimization of physical intimacy.

As human beings, we are hardwired for connection, and if 2020 proved anything, it's that we

do need physical touch, we need interaction, and look, you may be a touchy-feely person,

or you may be someone who identifies as not a hugger.

Look, wherever you follow in that spectrum, you still need physical intimacy.
