Passionate about natural medicines and a firm believer of utilizing nutritious food to improve overall health, Stacey Littlefield graduated from Valparaiso University with a major in Biology. After college, she began working in the natural medicine industry as a researcher for Cloudburst Marketing. Thanks for having me. I'm glad to be here. All right. So let's first start with how chronic stress

alters your blood sugar. Yeah, chronic stress impacts pretty

much every body system, but it has a really big impact on how our body metabolizes and

kind of mobilizes sugar. So if we think about what the stress response is, it's fight or

flight mode, right? So your body needs to gear up for that fight or that flight. So it's going to

mobilize blood sugar into your bloodstream so that it can go to your muscles so that you can

fight for your life or you can run away. The problem is that the problem's
