The off-season rolls on with another look-back series.

I'll tell you about that in a second, though.

If we're lucky, we're going to get a full to-have performance on Matthew today.

You know, we're really banking on that.

We're talking Big 12 look back.

Matthew, it's good to have you back up in the lab.

Kai's got all dressed ready for his professional Friday,

but we got a long weekend coming up, fellas.

We've got to be in a good mood, right, Matt?

I'm all right, Kai. How are you feeling today?

I feel great.

Me and Kai are going right to the old grind gym after this. So morale is probably going to be higher in about seven hours. But currently, for the next hour, it's going to be through the roof. Big bad 12. Bam, bum, bum. Yeah, Matt seems like he's feeling really good, Jim. I feel better than Matt. I've been sick all week. Yeah, I have a little stomach bug going around the house here, Kai. So we're battling, but, uh, you know, is what it is. We're right. You hate to hear that, Tony. Jim, you're, you're in Wisconsin. Is that right? I am. I am up at my mother's lake house. She had a hip replacement. So the whole Jimo is in caretaker role for the weekend. She's probably going to be like furious. I said that. She's like the most athletic active woman in the world. So she's going to be like, how dare you? How dare you mention that? Good thing. She doesn't listen to this. That's okay. This is episode 450 boys. Four and a half centuries. The boys have been at it it's not exactly 450

weeks because every once in a while we take one off in the off season so we

don't get to say all 52 weeks a year but it's awfully close to that we're we're

excited about that accomplishment that's a lot of episodes and in about a year

we're gonna hit 500 coming for you, 27.

500th episode, we're going to, it's going to be a 24-hour marathon again.

That's a promise that we probably cannot keep.

But, okay, as mentioned, we are going to go through the Big 12.

Our preseason takes, what we got right, what we got wrong, states of the program, a little bit of that discussion as we do on these look back episodes. Very, very quick routes round up before that. And then maybe reviews. We'll see. It's a new schedule. It's a new world for Kai. So we don't have quite as much flexibility, more of a hard out at the end of the pod today. It's mostly my fault. That's on me. Oh, thanks, me. Oh, thanks. Okay. Hey. It used to be your fault now. It's my fault. I think it's reverse. Anyways, go ahead, Jim. It's nobody's fault. It's not your fault. It's not one half of a podcast since I've started this little thing. So not, not I'm putting my hand on your shoulders like the meme guys.
