Elisa Keaton. And today we are going to do heart focused breathing, an exercise that helps you to connect to your heart. Go ahead and take a moment to find yourself in a position that feels supportive and intentional to you.

begin to inhale broadly and exhale and exhale. Now you can take your right hand or both hands and place them right over your heart in the center of your chest.

Again, let the breath be like a big brush stroke as you inhale, sweeping, cleaning the inside. And as you exhale out goes the dust.
