So today on the podcast, we are joined by the brilliant British chef, Tom Kerridge.

Now, Tom has talked about struggling at school before he began his journey in the kitchens.

He worked in various restaurants before rising to prominence with his Michelin-starred pub,

The Hand and Flowers in Marlow.

He's known his knee for his kind of straightforward but innovative take on British cuisine.

And of course, he's not just in the kitchens.

He's also on telly quite a bit as well. And has done a lot, which I'm particularly interested in, around trying

to help young people be fed properly. He's done work around free school meals and things

like that. So really interesting guy. Yeah. No, he's got a hugely important sort of political

life, not in a party political sense, but just as a campaign

or on issues like poverty.
