This is a question and answer episode.

I plan on doing these roughly once a week or maybe once every couple of weeks depending

on how many questions I get.

I want to infuse these episodes with the normal weekly topics.

So the format for the podcast is it's topical and I'm going to continue that but I am going

to occasionally have a Q&A episode like this one or an interview episode and those

will start coming out probably next month.

But this is the first episode of the Q&A format.
