messaging the last night because we actually hadn't looked at our reviews for a while and it

for taking the time to do it. We hugely appreciate it. So on today's topic, so we're going to talk

about career pivots today. And I was actually reading an article in preparation for today around what a career pivot actually is.

And my favourite definition was a career pivot is actually something that you proactively do.

It's a choice that you make versus a career crisis, which is where something happens to you.

And I thought that was a really interesting kind of perspective on career pivots

because sometimes I think career pivots maybe do feel more accidental

or maybe you haven't kind of planned to do a career pivot.
