As every day, today is no different I am super grateful that you decided to spend some time with me today

I'm so excited about the conversation that I'm going to be having on the show today.

Literally, these are like my, these are heroes in my world.

Harville Hendrix and his wife Helen LaCelly, are the guests on the show today.

I'm literally still reeling from interviewing them.

They are people who are very well known in my world of psychotherapy.

They created something that's called a Mago relationship

theory basically it's therapy for couples that's what I used it for when I was

a therapist for couples, but they also have it for families and parenting and it is at the time and this was created in the 70s

It was a very revolutionary way of approaching healing relationships and it

made so much sense to me the first time that I read it I was like oh this is

exactly what's happening it's all about people finding partners who

basically mirror their childhood wounds so that you have a chance to basically

heal from those experiences.

So they're considered relational therapists.

They're both therapists.
