Welcome to the Feminine Podcast. This is Nancy Wilson.

Thank you for joining me today. Not today, I would chat with you a little bit about what it means

to glorify God because the Westminster Confession, first question is, what is the chief end of man

to glorify God and enjoy Him forever? So I thought, well, let's just talk about what it means to

glorify God. First Corinthians 620. For you were bought at a price. Therefore, glorify God in

your body and in your spirit, with your gods. So we have been bought, we have been paid for,

we belong to Him. And so glorifying Him is fulfilling our calling in Christ. And it is when we are

most like ourselves, which I know that sounds strange, but when we're glorifying God, we're most

like what we were created to be. And so that's when we, that's why I say that we are most like

ourselves when we're glorifying Him. So to glorify means to honor, to praise, to worship. And

obviously part of that is just walking in the light, obeying God, doing what He's called us to do.

So that's what glorifying God is. So we're to glorify Him in our body and in our spirit.
