Susie describes the science of car manufacturing, and reveals why you've been duped (Sarah is worked UP about it). We are not happy about Mumbai's "female" traffic signals. Susie discusses a new program to teach inmates how to perform magic. We're mad about sexism at Pinterest (of all places), and we learn why roller coasters are addicting (& unsafe!).

| 0:00.0 | I almost forgot a theme song. Oh my gosh. Sarah, that's unacceptable. What is wrong? Da-da-da-da-da-da-da-panel. |
| 0:24.0 | I have this soge 449. Yes, 449. And for those of you who maybe are new or maybe you don't know or maybe you like fast forward through that part, that is Adam saying brain candy. |
| 0:40.0 | Yes, did you get the query about what the heck we were saying? What do people ask that? Someone just said a DM. Really? Yeah. Oh my god, that was super psychic. I had no idea. |
| 0:52.0 | I felt like it was the right time to say that. Yeah. Oh my god. I was like a psychic right now. Is it saying this or that? And neither of them were right. I can't remember what she thought it was saying. |
| 1:02.0 | And I was like, oh no, it's saying brain candy. And she just couldn't hear it at first. So now she knows. Now she knows. The more you know. |
| 1:12.0 | Yes, it's like subliminal advertising for the show that you're already listening to. Yeah. How Sarah today. |
| 1:21.0 | Oh my gosh, I'm so good. Good. Just like happy and yeah. Are you stressed? No, not really actually. That's good. Yeah. I think those people are right now. I've gotten into a little more of routine. I think the advice that you've been given me is really helping. It's like focus on the little things. Set small goals. |
| 1:44.0 | Oh, and I mean small goals, but also big goals. I have my eye on a new price, Susie. Uh oh, like a new adventure thing. Like a new goal. |
| 1:57.0 | Like life goal. What is it? And I feel like this is like my destiny to do this. Wow. Yep. I want to do for my 40th birthday. Oh no. |
| 2:09.0 | I mean, I'm not going to be a new challenge. Oh God. One of those adventures. What is wrong with you? Well, I mean, where do you want to start? |
| 2:19.0 | What made you want to do this number one? Well, Amazon just released a new season of this show and Ren and I are all about it. And so let me give you a little bit of info for people who are like, what the heck is that? Okay. |
| 2:34.0 | This is the, this one I wouldn't do because this is like insane. I would do a scale down like three to five day version of this, which they have all like an exist. So it is what this one that they call it, the world's toughest race. |
| 2:49.0 | And it's a 10 day adventure race where you get a map and they you have different checkpoints. Long way. I think there are about 40 of them or so. And you race with the team of four. |
| 3:01.0 | And you get from point A to point B and and compete. It's basically like a final of a challenge. It is 100% a final without having to eat gross shit. |
| 3:11.0 | Oh, I let it's longer, but it's longer, but like not by much by one day. This one is longer. This one is crazy and insane. And the hardest thing I've ever seen and I'm addicted. And it's the best. And it's everything. |
| 3:25.0 | It's like, well, the story is the teams that get together and it's just people who are pushing themselves to, you know, the extreme and just testing themselves and and I mean not to like spoil it, but this really won't. |
| 3:41.0 | There's one team where it's a father and son and two other people racing with them. And the dad is a long time like a eco challenge racer. And he has Alzheimer's now. And he was supposed to wait race on another team of like people who are 65 and above who are still doing it. Yeah. |
| 4:05.0 | And he was going to race with them, but he got his diagnosis and they just don't have the strength to like carry him if anything were to go wrong. So his son is racing with him and his son is an elite racer. And he was supposed to be on another team that's like one of the top teams. |
| 4:23.0 | He's sacrificing his position at the top team to race on a team with his dad. And they're like crushing it and I get goosebumps talking about it. And it's so hopeful. And then there's a team of there's a team that has it's a dad and his two daughters and another racer. And it's just like it's it's amazing. I love it. And it's just people who are pushing themselves and it's adventure and you never know what's going to happen. And I'm obsessed. |
| 4:50.0 | And I have to do Alzheimer's. He's in the early stages. You can't really tell. Yes. Can't really tell. But like he gets it. And it's really interesting because well, it's like any anything. Anyone who's living with Alzheimer's. The thing that's the most beneficial is to do things that they love and they're passionate about and that they're interested in and to keep them like moving. And when he's slow it. |
| 5:19.0 | Yeah, when he's like in the zone when he's hiking, his symptoms are minimal. When I mean, they're a little stronger when he are a little more severe when he's tired. I think that which is a whole race. But he's crushing it. And then like you see the other teams who are coming up to him and are like, you're so inspirational. And it's great. And then they have a team of all like black racers who are like racing to show that they should be. |
| 5:49.0 | And it's like awesome. The stories are so good. And so what are you going to do to train for this? Sarah? |
