I am currently walking a trail called the Biboneman Trail

It is named after the traditional custodians Aboriginal people of the Great Southern region and Western Australia

I am standing in the middle of the bush and the sun is setting over the ocean

I wanted to send this message because I was using a lot of drugs to nullify my pain

I was shooting up heroin and using oxycontin and zanax and everything to numb out some pain

I felt compelled to share this message and to say there is different avenues around this suffering

I hope anyone out there listening to this gets the opportunity to do something like what I am doing at the moment

It is profound, it is painfully beautiful, physically, emotionally and psychologically challenging

I have got you in my here Chris, I don't have much battery life out here but I love your podcast

It has been a companion with me the whole way
