Hi everyone, don't forget you have two days left from today to come on over and

join us for The Little Way Challenge, a 30-day faith, then Food and Fitness Challenge because we figured no time like the present.

We polled you guys and asked you what could we do to serve you well during this very unique time

and you told us three things.

Give us the word of God consistently.

May it lead us to move our bodies and live well

and find ways that we could come together as community and that's exactly what the little way

challenge is going to do for 30 days you're going to get the word of God as it relates

to the humility we have as being child image bears of God,

child, children of God.

And also the practical habits and little places,

the seeds that we need for good health that will endure long

beyond this unique season we find ourselves in. Because listen, you're going to

return back to work and life somewhat as we know it.

I believe we, it will be different, but the freedom you have to say yes to things and fill your schedule, that's coming back.

But for us, we want to make sure that the seeds of good health and well-being have been planted.

And it starts in these little places.

Jesus often talked about the kingdom

as if it was a sea.
