You started about four years ago and you're doing a lot of these out of state.

But what I'm really curious about is back, there's always like a moment or maybe a transition when you actually decided I actually want to start buying properties. And so I'm curious for you. Like what was it a book? Was it a moment? Was it a conversation that kind of got you into this journey? Yeah. It definitely was a book. I mean, similar to a lot of other folks.

I read Rich Dad Poor a lot of other folks. I read

for Debord, Dad, loved it. But I think really what it was was I, in COVID, I worked in Philadelphia

and I, you know, was not in the office. I was in a very small working from home, little one-bedroom apartment

with my now wife. And the walls were kind of closing in on me a little bit. And I didn't

own anything at that time. And I, you know, we had obviously talked about we're getting married.
