Four years ago, Terence was stuck in a one-bedroom apartment during COVID dreaming about owning real estate.

But what I'm really curious about is back, there's always like a moment or maybe a transition when you actually decided I actually want to start buying properties. And so I'm curious for you. Like what was it a book? Was it a moment? Was it a conversation that kind of got you into this journey? Yeah. It definitely was a book. I mean, similar to a lot of other folks.

for Debord, Dad, loved it. But I think really what it was was I, in COVID, I worked in Philadelphia
