Today's episode, I'm speaking with Pucks, Tina Nguyen.

Tina is a writer who grew up on the American Right.

She did all of the fellowships, the academic programs, and the stints in journalism and activism

that anyone would need to understand the broad picture of how the right has worked in this country since the

Obama administration. I think a lot of folks who are drawn to this podcast are folks who want to understand how the left and the right are shifting.

And I think looking at this issue through the perspective of Tina's experiences

is just so helpful.

I said this to her after the recording, but I haven't read any other books that are just

this open about how the

institutions, the donors, everything that is brought together here works. So if you're

a young person who would like to understand how it actually works from a

getting into political power perspective, or you're older and just to understand who the people are, who you're turning to for your news, or your analysis, or even your elected offices, this is just so helpful.
